I Made My Own Avatar Merch and it’s Fire
When it comes to designing bootleg merch, I got it down pat. By that I mean I simply make what I wish existed and cross my fingers no one will sue me. Wyd major corporations? If you even noticed me I’d be flattered.
Anyway, ever since I designed my bootleg Flume Bikini I knew I wanted to create more swim/activewear designs that I could rock this summer. And what’s my favorite comfort show? Avatar The Last Airbender as well as its successor The Legend of Korra.
I’ve made my first rashguard design with the Raava character from the series, also known as the spirit of light. I made this design as a crop top as well. The opposite of Raava is her dark counterpart, Vatu. So you know I had to make the evil twin a crop top as well. Here are pics of me modeling both of them.
I know I still need to make the Vatu rashguard and I promise it’s on my to-do list! I had an amazing time wearing my Raava rashguard in Portland, LA and Denver in 2023 and I can’t wait to travel the world in more of my clothing creations.
